Joel's been bugging me to update so here we go...quickly and chronologically:

Joel (and the other firefighters) takes this thing called
a "smokehouse" to various elementary schools
to teach kids how to escape a home that is on fire. It's really cute
and engaging because it is miniature sized for the kids.

Bradi, Emma, Syd and Raegan figuring out how to
get out of the "burning" house.

Joel had a grand BOYZ weekend with MSU/UofM game on Saturday
and the Lions game on Sunday. Just what he needed before the chaos of election.

We celebrated Halloween at our church's trunk-or-treat
which included dinner, mass amounts of games, door prizes
and nearly 50 decorated cars, whose owners handed out candy.

Emma was pretty excited to see Snow White!

Another hair cut for Emma

This it out of order, but Byron Center's Homecoming parade
was awesome and huge. One can never attend too many parades.
