Emma rode an elephant today...in Byron Center of all places. Go figure! A local greenhouse hired Laura, a 25 year old elephant, to entertain kids while their parents spend money on flowers. It's a neat idea I suppose, though I didn't buy a thing :)
I also took note of drastic personality differences between kids. Bradi's Raegan didn't even want to get out of the car until coaxed with promises of no-ride and a hand held by mine. Emma leaped out of the car and couldn't press her face against the fence, that separated her and the elephant, fast enough. And I wonder why playtime can sometimes turn into WWIII??!

Was $6 worth the 1 minute ride around a 25 foot circle...who knows :)
Emma didn't even have both feet off the elephant before sheproclaimed, "I do it again."
