Trunk-or-Treat

Today was this year's annual Byron Township Trunk-or-Treat and it was a good time. Loads of local businesses come out to dress up, hand out candy and celebrate Reformation Day (aka Halloween). In fact, it has grown significantly since last year and I imagine it will only get bigger which means more candy which makes Emma (or, uh, me?!) happy.

Emma and I also had to go to support dad as he was manning the fire truck this year. Emma and I only made it half-way around the loop before we found dad and then she ended up helping her dad hand out candy the rest of the time. She loved it. She clearly is a task driven little girl and did a great job.

You have one serious crush on firemen in uniform ... or at least your fireman! :) Rent a room already.

Michigan State fans and cat lovers? Gasp. We will never be BFF's now.
