I'm a Harry Potter widow

Joel pre-ordered this book months ago (he's read the six previous books).

In fact, while we were on our recent vacation, he eagerly anticipated the book to be on our front door step when we arrived home. He also was adamant about avoiding ALL media, regarding this book, until he finished it himself.

At this moment, Joel is comfortably lounging in his recliner with book in hand, and I can see that there are not many pages left to turn. While I sometimes wish I had half the child-like excitement he had in anticipation of this book, it sure is fun to observe and see him pass his love of reading on to Emma.

Now, if she'd only sit for more than 30 seconds at a time...
