Greetings, this is Joel reporting from Detroit at the Michigan Township Association Conference. My ladies dropped me off at 8:00 this morning and I loaded a bus with 55 of my fellow township officials. There are nearly 1500 attendees at this conference. I am on the 51st Floor of the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center with a beautiful view of the Detroit River and Windsor, Ontario. I have also been loading up on trinkets from the vendors. Highlighter anyone? I am going to miss giving Emma her night time bottle. I will be happy to see my gals on Friday.
