UPDATE!

Whoa, this post is definitely tardy! The court date on March 2 went GREAT! We are so thankful and blessed. Emma is home to stay :)

I can hardly even believe that all this has happened to us since I got the call on January 27. Now we have a beautiful, healthy baby girl (who is 3 weeks old already!) who we love more and more every day. She is such a joy and we are so grateful to have her as part of our family.

Now that our March 2 court date is over...I feel like I can shift gears and really settle into a mode of relaxation and pure enjoyment of our little girl. She is such a precious gift and the time couldn't pass slow enough when she's awake and I am able to just look into her eyes...
