Trooper

Emma was a trooper today! We had her birth announcement pictures this morning, afterwards stopping at daddy's office to show her off. Then, grandma came over with some lunch and for some bonding time with Emma. Their bonding time consisted of a recliner, down blanket and lots of ZZZZZZZ's! Not only was it cute, but it gave me some time to get a little bit of home and office work done (see picture of Grandma Vander Tuin and Emma).

This afternoon, we had her first (two-week) check-up. She was born at 6lbs, 9oz, and when she was weighed today...she was 7lbs, 11oz!! We were ecstatic :)
