Refreshment!

I forgot to mention what I just returned from...our church's weekend women's retreat. We went to Camp Geneva in Holland and had a fabulous weekend of meeting new people, getting to know people better, reconnecting with friends and learning what it meant to have AMUSING GRACE (oh, and eating massive amounts of JUNK FOOD!)! Our speaker was a blast and kept everyone engaged with her hysterical story telling.

I'm so glad that I decided to go on this weekend retreat as I had almost cancelled since our birth mom was due on Thursday. I truly needed this time away to rejuvenate my mind and soul. And, I can't say enough about the wonderful, supportive women who attended the retreat. I'm eager to continue getting to know them, all, better!
