Our 6 month update to Sam's birthmom is just around the corner. These are a few of the pictures I took of Sam that we will send to her. We think she'll think he's sort of cute :)

I'm absolutely excited to share with her, what a beautiful and precious boy she chose to give to us. While I'm sure she knows, I could repeat it a million times over and it still would not touch the gratitude I feel in my heart towards her and her gift of LIFE!

To be honest, most of the time I can't even wrap my mind around what adoption is and how it takes place. I know that I could not give up Emma or Sam, yet someone loved them enough to bless us with them. Wow. My prayer every day is that we parent in way that makes Jesus smile and in turn, that Sam's and Emma's birthparents would be proud, and us worthy of their decision.
