Seriously, try it!

My mom gave me this recipe today. It may appear a bit odd, but don't take my word for it. It was delicious! I dare ya, give it a whirl...

Chili Cheese Corn Salad


2 - 16oz. cans corn drained, 1 cup red or green pepper, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 cups shredded cheese, 1 (9oz.) pkg Frito Lay Chili Cheese Corn Chips. Mix first 5 ingredients together and refrigerate over night.. Just before serving, add the crushed corn chips.

A few variation suggestions...use 2% cheese, light mayo and frozen corn instead of canned corn.
