Worth repeating

Here's a scrumptious, easy dip recipe that screams fall. I halve the recipe (as shown below) and it and it still makes a ton of dip. It's amazing how these 5 simple ingredients are so tasty when mixed together...try it!

2 cups powdered sugar
1 8 oz block of cream cheese
1 15oz can of pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger

First cream together the powdered sugar and cream cheese (which I slightly heat in the microwave to ensure no lumps). Then mix the rest and chill. Serve with some not-so-sweet cracker or cookie like animal crackers, ginger snaps or pretzel crisps.
