We decided to keep things a bit relaxed today and stay away from animals that have the tendency to attack :)
If Emma could ride her tricycle to China and back, she would. So, we went to the park fairly early this morning with her trike in tow. This particular park has a paved pathway around a little lake - perfect for Emma's personal Tour De France and me, for walking.
Since it was threatening rain and rather ominous out, we had the park to ourselves. Each time Emma stopped chattering to catch her breath, I could hear the choir of nature around us, singing loudly in the stillness of the thick air. It was glorious.
We shared our morning's breakfast with the many fish and ducks that call Whistle Stop pond their home.

What is it about a mud puddle and kids?
Love the video
She absolutely LOVES that thing, doesn't she?
Audra has made me play the video for her 4 times already! Too cute!
Very cute video. And on behalf of dog lovers everywhere, sorry about the dog bite. Ouch!
Love the look she gives you before she just tears through that puddle!
great video and perfect song choice!! Your skillzzzzz are amazing!! Almost as good as my numbchuck skills and computer hacking skills. I love the still shots that were thrown in. I've never really seen that.
