I've finally understood the wonders of duct tape and how it can be used to train a child.

Emma's latest gig is getting naked, preferably at nap-time and bed-time. While I have nothing against cute buns running around my home, a naked child, in bed, who is not potty trained is a huge problem; at least for me it is. Especially when I have to get out of my warm bed, change her bed linens, give her a wipey-bath, and re-clothe her...all in the middle of the night.

Lest I start any controversy regarding "good-n-proper" child rearing methods, a little duct tape (on the diaper tabs) and instilling the fear of God in her has finally worked. And, I think she's figured out that bare buns are a little more "sensitive" than diapered buns. She's such a fast learner! :)

I have to give kudos to my brother and sister-in-law for the duct tape advice. They have triplets and experienced this same scenario when their kids were young, years ago, and duct tape worked for them. I suppose desperate times call for desperate measures.
