I read an interesting article today. Here is an excerpt:
In last year's poll conducted by Salary.com, firefighter hosed down the competition and won the title of "sexiest job" of 2006 with 16 percent of the nearly 5,000 votes. These brave, uniformed public servants won out over other high-paying jobs like doctor, lawyer, and chief executive officer.
For any of you who don't already know...my hubby is a firefighter (in addition to his day job). I'm here to say that the article is right on!!
