I always find a ton of helpful tidbits in my monthly PC World magazine. This month, one of the many tidbits relates to LIVE Phone Help (versus the number- punching- directory- automated- voice- game that is SO annoying). So, if you want to talk to a human being, here is a directory indicating which numbers to call (Amazon, eBay, Dell, AAA, Circuit City, The White House, Met Life, Costco, etc, etc). The list on this website is pretty inclusive, so call 'til your hearts content!!
