Charlotte LIVES!!

Double Click on this picture and it'll enlarge, allowing you to see the tortoise like markings and hair on the spider's legs, the intricacy of her web as well as the dying prey. Enjoy!

This spider lives outside (Thank Goodness), on our slider. Please take note of it's huge and bulbous body. You'll also notice this savage spider is sucking the life out of some prey at the time I took this photo. A poor, unsuspecting, honeybee flew right into Charlotte's web, which by the way...she re-created in a matter of 24 hours after I had taken it down by washing the slider doors. I honestly HATE spiders, but Joel has told me to leave it be so that it'll eat flies. I think this thing could eat a small child! The cats even have joined in on the observation of this huge arachnid by aimlessly stalking it from high atop Joel's grill. I will look for it often throughout the day and if its not there, I have to talk myself out of packing my belongings and moving out. Because if its not there...WHERE IS IT?!?! Maybe in some strange way this is therapy for me, who knows. I just looked and the web is empty, gotta go.......

Oh my goodness, there is no way I would leave that thing around the house even if David told me to. Just imagine it crawling on you during the night. Isn't a statistic about eating spiders.
