We had our own pumpkin party last week. Emma carved her pumpkin and then kindly did the job I hate most...cleaning those slimy pumpkin seeds.
On a side note, this year's batch of seeds were the best I've made. I'm not sure if it was because we soaked them in a salt brine, or if it was because I lazily left them dry out for TWO days before I baked them in REAL butter + kosher salt. They were so crunch and tasty!
